Delivery
Shipping from the FEDELE showroom and workshop
FEDELE orders are prepared and reviewed before dispatch. Delivery timing depends on product availability, customization requirements, production approval, destination, and courier schedule.
- Ready-made items can usually be prepared faster when stock is available.
- Custom items require confirmation of material, color, embroidery, logo files, and production timing before completion.
- International orders may be subject to duties, customs charges, or local taxes payable by the customer unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Custom Orders
Deposits and production approval
For personalized designs, FEDELE may request a deposit before production begins. Final production only starts after design details, materials, logo placement, and timing are confirmed with the customer.
Returns
Ready-made items
If you need help with a ready-made item, please contact FEDELE promptly after receiving your order. Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition for review.
Personalized Items
Made-to-order products
Custom products with selected colors, embroidery, names, flags, team logos, sponsor logos, or special sizing are made for the approved order and cannot usually be returned unless the item is faulty or produced incorrectly.

Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or does not match the approved order details, contact FEDELE with photos, order information, and a short description so the team can review the case.
